Sk贸gafoss is a waterfall situated on the Sk贸g谩 River in the south of Iceland at the former coastline’s cliffs.
Sk贸gafoss is one of the country’s most prominent waterfalls with a width of 25 meters (82 feet) and a drop of 60 m (200 ft).
Due to the amount of spray, the waterfall consistently produces a single or double rainbow, usually visible on sunny days.
Location: Sk贸garfoss, near road 1, south Iceland.
Driving from Reykjavik takes approximately 2 hours. (160 km).
